Hops is always amazing quality and my blow out was 10/10 as per, the only thing I would say is the service was quite frosty/sharp like no hello or anything - I felt like I was in his way! I also asked if could cut my fringe as forgot to book, but he said he was too busy even tho i presumed would have taken 2 minutes max :/ but that’s my faylt for not booking. Just not super friendly
