Staff are welcoming and friendly. I like that I was listened to and lots of consideration was given to my hair. I had the best head massage I've ever experienced and even got a bonus shoulder massage prior to my cut. How I wanted my hair styled was considered throughout. I was very pleased with the result and look forward to my next visit.
