Anel was lovely, explaining everything and talking me through options. However, when I left I realised how orange my roots were and how far the colour was from what we discussed. He explained it wouldn’t be the same, but it’s SO far away, and orange. At the bowl he asked if I wanted the full colour or tone, I suspect here he knew and I asked opinion and he said it’s blonde so tone would work well.
It’s such a shame as it’s a lovely salon and lovely person.

Really pleased with blonde balayage Eddie gave me, I wasn’t well prepared with photos but he was able to give me ideas and I’m really happy with the result, the colour is lovely and my hair still feels really healthy. All the guys at Hops are very friendly and it has a very relaxed atmosphere.
