Mainly a good experience - I’m happy with how my hair turned out which is the main thing, and had a really good blow dry. I booked a balayage but after a v quick chat was told I actually needed an ombré which I found out was an extra £100 when I went to pay at the end… would have preferred to know this at the consultation stage so I could adjust what I wanted. I thought Mustafa was a really sweet guy - if a little quiet (which suits me). Would probably go again.
