My booking was with Tony, not Anel who I had originally booked with. Anel tried to remedy the situation after the poor service. I have never experienced such an awful appointment. My hair was deliberately left in a bad state due to a disagreement about whether a blow dry was included in my booking. I was told a rough dry was and my curly hair was instead brushed out, not styled or diffused and more length was cut than I requested. Tony was clearly annoyed and I felt extremely uncomfortable.
