I had never had a massage not alone a sports massage before.
But having had major knee surgery a sports massage was recommended.
So Lisa got to work on my leg and found a few issues that needed sorting. But what a difference it has made.
Still need a bit more work on the leg but I am really pleased with the results so far.
Can highly recommend Lisa.
After having been left deflated by a previous physio, I decided to book in with Never at Hope Physiotherapy.
I was quite nervous due to my previous experiences with past physios but the receptionist was so lovely and instantly put me at ease without probably realising!
I had the most amazing appointment with Never. He listened, examined, cared and reassured me that I’m not ‘weak’ which my previous physios told me. He had solutions for me and told me the plan of action and I’m so excited to see my progress going forward.
Never also told me the motto for Hope Physiotherapy and I now truly have ‘hope’ that I can get better and be pain free after a long seven years. Thank you so much Never!

Christine is a lovely lady and my wife and I really enjoy her massages. We always look forward to going and afterwards come out on top of the world.
Already looking forward to our next massage.
