Sadly this is the second time I’ve come here recently where I’ve had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment start time to be seen. So many walkins allowed and prioritised ahead of others. My pedicure felt rushed as my technician clearly had a backlog of people. Real shame as it used to be great here.
