I love this place and have always had great experiences before but I still have plenty of gel stuck to my natural nails (so it wasn’t all removed). I went to get it removed professionally at Ho’nu as they had done the BIAB weeks before (which was done perfectly) specifically to avoid having gel leftover as when I remove it myself. Quite disappointed today even if I will go back for BIAB I won’t get their removal again
