appointment with a therapist- without any explanation someone else did my treatments. when I asked about the change,told me that person does not work there any more. Bad pedicure- left my feet rough. bad manicure- full of bubbles.not going back.

The best salon in London! I appreciate the attention to details and ,as always, I left the studio with the best manicure and pedicure (the foot scrub they use is amazing)!
