Was hoping to have found my new 'go to' local salon - but it was a pretty disappointing experience. I arrived and got told to stand in a corner, no warm welcome and very unclear as to who was meant to be looking after me. Then there was a lot of confusion over the booking - partly a lack of clarity on the app and also a negligence to correctly add details into each treatment. FYI an 'add on removal' is only an add on to specific treatments, but you have to guess which ones! left feeling sad
