Very rough removal of polish, actually painful. Dirty machines for polish removal. Plus staff is not very friendly, talking in Chinese all the time about clients (some of us do actually understand you). So not coll. I am not going back.

The experience in the salon was good and offered a drink, which was nice. I was happy with the shape of the nails. Unfortunately the gel manicure is very chipped after just one week and hasn’t stood the test of time. Possibly to do with my nails but I haven’t experienced this before.

Great experience having our nails done at H’onu. The location is convenient, pleasant decor and very clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rosie did a great job evening the lengths of my nails, and was thorough applying Biab and the gel colour. She even helped me pick a colour. My daughter likewise has a positive experience with her technician.
