H'onu is now my go to after having recently opened in my area. Lovely/comfortable space with nice/helpful staff. Schedule could be managed better - I've booked my fave tech just to show up & learn she's out of the country. I've also experienced her being double-booked which wasn't the best experience for myself & the other customer. Additionally, I've been told a couple of times that a style/technique couldn't be done, despite it being shown as an option. Beyond that, great space & service.
