My favourite nail place, and there have been many! On this occasion they slightly started to disappoint me when my therapist didn't shape my nails as I had asked, I had even showed her photos. But I must say it's also the first time I have such a positive customer service in a salon, she recognised the mistake on her own account and managed to find a solution to fix it, which they did not charge me for. I will definitely be going back, you feel truly cared for and the end result is amazing
