I've been going to this salon from the time they opened and alway had good experience. Now they got so busy tha they have squized in extra chairs which makes it very uncomfortable. they are clearly priorising speed now over quality. hope it changes.

I've been going to H'onu for about a year and in that time I have never had a reason to complain. My nails always look fantastic after every appointment and their overall health has improved significantly since switching BIAB. The team are also lovely and have fantastic taste in music! H'onu is the best nail shop in West Hampstead, hands down.
