So unimpressed. I’ve been coming here for both my biab nails and pedicures but I will be stopping after this. Just had a terrible pedicure with 3 different people working on me and forgetting steps, I had to remind them of certain things, like the hot stone massage included in the 60 quid I paid. Even after reminding them, they just put the stones on my dry skin with a little cuticle oil and pressed in. No ‘massage’ to speak of. Very displeased as this is a treat to myself.
