Just found my go-to nail bar! The staff were all so friendly, super professional! The lady who did my nails, done SNS extensions for me in 35 minutes! She gave me lots of advice and she was really fun to sit and chat with. I promised her, next time she can pick my nail colour! Loved the place and the staff, definitely be going back and recommending it to all the ladies in the office :)

Although in the end I was satisfied with the gel application on my nails, overall my experience was less than average. As soon as you walk in through the doors, the intense smell of chemicals greets you and lingers. I felt lightheaded after a while (and up to an hour after I left) - the venue needs to improve their ventilation! This is not a good working environment for the staff or for the customers. Staff were friendly but the lady doing my nails was not very precise. I had to point out a couple of sharp nail edges that had to be refiled.. Unfortunately nails were not cut to quite the same length. Sorry but won't be going back.

Ellie is amazing! I won't get my nails done anywhere else in London. I always get Sns and Shellac done with her and it lasts me for at least 3 weeks and always looks flawless. Her nail art is also incredible, and she always gives me what she truly thinks will look best on my nails.
By the way, I really love the decorations in the salon, and the service is amazing.
