Although nails were done well, I felt the customer service could’ve been a lot better. It felt very rushed overall like there were too many people booked in at once and I ended up having 2 technicians who had to swap over to do a few people at a time.

Been to H’onu a few times now and every time it’s a pleasure! I had to change my appointment time and the girls were so accommodating and lovely about it, they stayed open on the 28th when they could have easily gone home early!
Highly recommend this salon, best condition my nails have been in a long time.
