Hello,
I paid for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I upgraded to a dipping powder (only on my hands) in store and paid an extra £5, since they convinced me it would be healthier for my nails. The pedicure was excellent, she gave me a foot massage, cut my cuticles, and scrubbed off the dry areas. However, she did not soak my hands, or give me a hand massage, or cut my cuticles (this was being done to other clients), I asked if she was going to cut my cuticles, and she cut the quickly. I asked why I did not get a proper manicure and the owner said "this is all we do" even though other clients were getting actual manicures. As for the dipping powder, I personally do not recommend it because it made my nails look extremely bulky, thick and wide.

I always have my gel manicure here but this time it was quite disappointing! The shellac was not applied really well and I have still traces of it on my fingers.
