Had a different nail technician this time who had an attitude, was argumentative and just uncomfortable to be with. Had a disagreement about me deciding to cut my natural nails, as they are too weak, and having extensions put on instead, which was somehow a problem for the technician who wanted to charge me £10 extra for that. The design I wanted is completely different as to what I have now. I asked for ombré nails with a nude base and pink tips but instead, I just have all pink nails to which the nail tech tried blaming me for her not comprehending what ombré means...
I’ve been going to this nail bar for over a year and this is the first time I’ve had this rude woman and the last time I will be returning. I refuse to travel quite a distance from where I live to have this experience.
