It’s grand for plain simple colours but I felt awkward/uncomfortable getting the nails done. It was my first time getting nails done so I was lost enough about what to get and I didn’t get much help on my choice. I also felt like the nails were a bit rushed.

Went to do a gel refill which cost £35 and not even satisfied. I wanted to do a french tip at first but after I saw the way she shape my nails, I changed my mind not to spend £12 extra for the tips. Only cash accepted without inform in advance.
