The shop has a weird and chemical smell, made me and my friend headache. The technique was very fast and reckless, which really hurts, I even literally get hurt and start bleeding a little after I walked out… horrible experience.

Customer service not really good. Thy guy who did my nails was a bit rude in the way he talked to me. I almost felt like I was bothering him. Te manicure was poor too. Not worth £36.
