Have been coming here regularly and usually very happy with the results. The atmosphere is normally pleasant and the techs listen/ask questions. This time was awful though: my appointment was super delayed (by 30 minutes and no apology), then the tech who did my pedicure started trying to remove what might be an ingrown nail without asking me first. The new tech doing my manicure was unfriendly, didn't listen when I tried to explain what I wanted and made 2 of my cuticles bleed. Disappointing!

I booked for biab infill, the manicurist was rushing and kept on dropping their tools. I didn’t see any of the tools being sterilised between customers, I wasn’t asked to wash my hands. My infill was done without manicure. Awful treatment

Been a regular here for over a year, alway very pleased with the mail technicians. I don’t really go for art as I like simple designs with pops of colours, the main thing for me is that it lasts. My nails feel and look great and with BIAB (AKA builder in a bottle) they grow out nicely and can last up to 6 weeks (though I would file down my nails half way though) it doesn’t affect / chip the polish. H’onu offer professional service !
