I had the manager doing my nails. He was rude on arrival, and the experience felt like it was ‘no frills’. The manager rushed me through in 27 minutes, even though the appointment was 1 hr 15. He put three coats or nail varnish in a minute or two, so it just went into clumps and I’ll have to take it straight off. A complete waste of time and experience I don’t want to repeat.

Avoid avoid avoid. Angry male staff member shouting across shop. I got shouted at by tech for asking for thin nails. Then again when i asked AGAIN please not so thick. Then they ended up like toenails on my hands. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they started claiming that the picture of my hand wasn’t my hand….. even though I had the same Jewellery on. They both started challenging me that I was lying and that I had naturally wide nail beds 😂 AVOID
