Not a great experience. They cancelled my booking only a couple of hours before as they said they were closing early. Then I confirmed to come in the next day and rescheduled my entire day to make the appointment and the therapist wasn't there again. Really disappointing. They did refund me without a hassle but was just such a shambles.
