A hiccup with appointment speedily resolved. As salon not officially open we’ll get the full experience next time... it looks as though it will be beautiful!

It’s really unusual for me to leave a bad review but I think it’s only fair to describe my experience at this venue as I still can’t believe it happened. I booked individual lash extensions last minute as I have a big event to go to last minute so booked with Sonia as she had appointments ASAP. She left me half the way through to give another client a massage and when she come back she finished off very quickly! I didn’t get chance to check them properly until I got back to my car and when I did they were not individual lashes they were clusters and my right side lashes went in all different directions and all lashes stuck together where the glue had run! I called her whilst in the car to tell her I wasn’t happy but she got quite angry with me and when I asked for a refund she refused so I went and paid another £60 to a lovely venue named Aura beauty in Watford who sorted them out for me ( she removed Sonia’s and redid lashes with individual lashes) If I had left the ones Sonya did I would have been really upset as they were not professional and looked odd.
