When I walked in they weren’t expecting me , felt really uncomfortable xx
The Hameih called me over , I actually said ‘ do you do hair’
My blow dry was alright but I wouldn’t go again .

I was then asked got 18 pounds for the blow dry but Treatwell has said it was 15 pounds . Just found the whole experience unprofessional and uncomfortable

The whole experience at this salon was very poor. They are not organised, dont know who is having what treatment. They overcharged me. If the prices listed/advertised don't include a blow dry for high lights it should specify this! Never heard anything like it. Hair brassy will need to go to an actual hairdressers to get it sorted! Avoid at all costs!

everything was perfect just lashes fell out after 2 days

staff didn’t know i was coming my despite having appointment booked
waited 40 minutes to be seen to, they saw 2 walk in clients before they got to me
staff were incompetent, told me they couldn’t do layers or a curly blow
didn’t towel dry my hair or brush it or part it properly before they started chopping it, when I tried to say my hair my hair is still tangled they shook their head, only had straighteners in the salon which she couldn’t use properly, left with a really uneven cut &ugly curls
