Usually I don't go to the hairdressers due to the atmosphere which makes me feel really anxious. I booked my appointment with Emma VERY last minute, which she accepted without issue. Emma put me at ease and after 10 mins I felt no where near as nervous. I love the cut that Emma did, she considered my lifestyle and what I was aiming for. Since this, I have had my son come for a cut which he loves and I am booked for a colour with Rmma!
