Emma was great - I had no idea how I wanted my hair cutting, Emma asked questions to find out what I want from a hair cut (for example, I do not want to have to style my hair, need to be able to tie it up etc etc) & then from that talked me through some options on the style I could go for. Emma was really friendly, the cut is really nice! Plus the hair washing head massage part was lovely & one of the main reasons why I like getting my hair cut! All round great experience - would recommend!
