Val was very welcoming, like being accepted into her home as family. She explained everything and gave me plenty of time, like she had all the time in the world. The salon was clean, warm and comfortable. The massage was sublime!! Very thorough and worked out all those knots that had built up. At the end Val still had time for a chat, making me feel like more than a customer. Certainly diffused any concerns I had about home treatments...I'm sold on professional treatment in a home environment.
