Extremely disappointed with my treatments at Hollywood nails. The wax they used was poor quality and left me with an itching allergic reaction, and the technique used left me with bruising, neither of which has ever happened to me before. A towel was given to me to cover myself that was visibly dirty, and I saw several hairs on it. My manicure/pedicure was relatively fine, but not a single tool used was sanitised, which was highly concerning. Overall, I left the place feeling dirty and fearing infection, and two days later, my finger polish is pealing off.
