Salon was under staffed which meant when I went for my appointment the stylist wasn’t there to do it. I had to go back later in the evening which I was grateful for but not ideal. The beautician I did see was very nice and did a good job.

Decided to come here 2 days before my holiday for BIAB with nail art by Val. When I got home, realised the gel polish hadn’t been cured properly - it was sticking to everything and eventually started coming off. I had to file down the polish/nail art. Reached out to Val with photos & videos who insisted I come back to the salon but due to other priorities I couldn’t go back - asked for a partial refund but Val refused. Said she would give me a call back, it’s been 3 weeks.. I’ve heard nothing.
