Decided to come here 2 days before my holiday for BIAB with nail art by Val. When I got home, realised the gel polish hadn’t been cured properly - it was sticking to everything and eventually started coming off. I had to file down the polish/nail art. Reached out to Val with photos & videos who insisted I come back to the salon but due to other priorities I couldn’t go back - asked for a partial refund but Val refused. Said she would give me a call back, it’s been 3 weeks.. I’ve heard nothing.

Lovely salon, great atmosphere, staff always so friendly, funny and kind. Mel is amazing. Loved my treatment, nails look great. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
