I booked this service (BIAB nails) last minute and Val was able to accommodate me with no issues. I also called to let her know that I had an old manicure from a different salon, and helped get me booked in for gel removal as well - I couldn’t change my booking myself. She was lovely the entire time and explained to me how this would be better for my nails, as my natural nails were getting quite damaged from consecutive manicures.
