I didn't mind that my appointment time was changed the day before. However, I received a text suggesting that Val would be available after 6 pm, but when I arrived, I was told that Val was off sick. Val then changed my appointment to 12pm the next day. Again, I understand that situations like these occur, so I really didn't mind, but when I arrived at 11:55 am the shop was closed. I called every number that was listed but no answer.
