Unable to actually comment as I did not gain access to the establishment. My appointment was booked for 5.00 pm, I arrived for the appointment at 4.55 pm and the shutters were down and the premises were closed. As my appointment was booked through the Treatwell website it was prepaid, therefore I have paid for a treatment I didn't actually receive. I have already emailed for a refund but so far have not received a reply or the refund. Very bad service from both the establishment and Treatwell.
