3 times I have tried to attend an appointment at this salon & 3 times they have cancelled. Twice the excuse was a broken down car & the third time it was that the therapist wasn’t feeling well. For that reason I don’t recommend the salon. Unreliable

They close earlier than Treatwell appointments. As per a couple of the other comments, Treatwell lets you book in the evening. I turned up to my appointment and they’d been closed for an hour and a half. When I phoned she could see my appointment. Should have been contacted in advance to reschedule, very unprofessional
