I was early for my appointment, the place was closed with shutters down. I called the landline, left a message. No reply. I waited half an hour then left. Pre-paid for a treatment I didn't receive. Have since contacted the business to request to rebook, or get a refund, with with no reply.
Treatwell replied the business was open (my photos show this was not the case).
I think this is one for trading standards.
