Attention to detail was lacking. Coffee was offered but not given. Spa pedicure was very basic, normal foot or leg massage was not given. Full foot scub not used. Pedicure spa was broken, so partial back massage was on. Feet were not left to soak. Mel was very pleasant herself, however you could tell she was not too experienced. I hope my feedback helps.

Was booked in for 3:10 but when I showed up I found the salon closed. I had to go down the street to get my nails done elsewhere. I was lucky to have not paid beforehand.

I waited more than half an hour after my appointment start time to be seen. Another lady ended up doing my nails as the lady I was booked in for was running too late. She was very fast and efficient, definitely very experienced. She was a little rough possibly due to rushing but I was pleased with my nails! 20 mins plus wait to my gel toes but was happy with them. No cleaning/sanitising went on between clients that I seen. Unorganised system ruined the overall experience but happy with nails.
