Last time I was here i was super impressed, lashes and eyebrows looked amazing! Sadly this time instead of being in the back room I had to sit in a chair at the front of the shop. This was fine but it did not tilt back so after the first 20 mins my neck and back were feeling it. Also a bit weird having several people moving around behind you/brushing past when you can't see them. Not really their fault as they had a client in the room. Sadly the lift did not seem to take well and tint was too dark

Mel was brilliant yet again, even with having loads of knots worked out I could have fallen asleep by the end I was so relaxed. Especially loved the head massage.
