Both Mel and Val were absolutely lovely- cannot fault that!! Mel did a wonderful job with my nails but Val left two big stains on my jumper after she spilled eyebrow and eyelash dye on it TWICE! Rubbing it in didn’t really help, and the lack of apology didn’t improve my mood! Also, making and taking calls where you’re speaking loudly to a customer service agent in the middle of someone’s treatment, while others wait just isn’t an acceptable way to run a business. Unfortunately I really wouldn’t recommend the salon.
