Val was absolutely amazing, made me feel so at ease, none of the usual awkwardness at the start just straight to it and honestly that’s the best way. quick and relevantly painless, was in and out in about 20 minutes and so happy with the results. Lash lift was canceled last minute. Rescheduling failed due to maintenance. Val offered 50% voucher and promised a refund, but never sent it. She later booked me in, but when I arrived the salon was closed and unresponsive. Still waiting for my money
