I wanted to get eyelashes but wasn't really sure what I actually wanted, but after chatting with Holly I decided on the classic lashes. It took about an hour, and was very relaxing, I nearly fell asleep. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Holly was great at her job and putting me at ease
