As always Vicky gave me a lovely pamper session with a facial and back massage. She is always friendly and I feel relaxed going to her when I find the time knowing she knows what I like. Also was particularly impressed this time when I messaged her that day to see if she had any free appointment and she managed to fit me in later that day despite having a busy day.
