Vicky was able to fit me in at short notice as I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder. She was very welcoming and listened to what I needed then explained what she would do. She made sure that the pressure she was using was acceptable and although at times it was painful I felt that it was treating the problem. I left feeling much better and will go back again if I need to. Thank you Vicky.
