I initially went to see Dell after having pains in my upper back and shoulders and numbness in my fingers. She treated me with therapeutic massage which was extremely relaxing in addition relieving the tightness and my upper back and shoulders.
I have seen her three times now and to elevate the pain and it is getting much better. She is very professional and had a lovely studio. I would highly recommend.

Dell is a wonderful massage therapist. She listens to your needs and ensures you relax and enjoy each and every massage. In a very peaceful environment you get to relaxed and feel rejuvenated. What a wonderful experience! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Therapy by Dell. The experience from start to finish was truly relaxing – Dell is a thorough professional whose calm manner puts you at ease instantly. She did a great full body massage and offered extra advice on exercises and stretches to do at home. Her studio is tranquil and set in an oasis of nature. She has a strong environmental conscience too and uses a range of natural products. I’ll definitely be returning as soon as possible!

Dell always delivers an exceptional treatment.
Before massage, we had a conversation about my health and lifestyle, she wanted to find out the source of my back pain. The massage itself was very relaxing and I felt all tension was gone after it.
I would recommend Dell not only if you have back and neck problems, but also if you want to have some quality “me time” or look for a perfect presents for your love ones.
