This was my first appointment at Holistic Therapies and I had a fantastic experience. Both of the therapists were lovely and welcoming. They took the time to listen to my health conditions and tailored my treatment appropriately. The massage was excellent and the therapist checked that I was ok throughout. It included light stretching, a massage with warm oil and a focus on areas of tension. I left feeling relaxed and in less pain. I highly recommend this clinic and plan to visit again soon.
