Jack was warm and friendly, informs you of what will happen during your time there. Once you've gone through a consultation discussing your area of issue. Jack then begins the massage concentrating on areas discussed. Afterwards there is a further chat and advice given. Jack was calm, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely book again and recommend
