Jack diagnosed my issues straight away and provided very thorough and sensitive treatment, knowing exactly how much pressure to use. He explained his approach beforehand and gave me a debrief which included some exercises to carry out daily.
I feel 100% safe with Jack - I’ve had a number of successful sessions with him and can wholeheartedly recommend him. He is really kind and respectful, and generous with his time too.
