Sadly not the best experience from the start, the house and the treatment room was on the grubby side, everywhere needed a good clean and hoover. Whilst Valerie was a lovely lady, both my massage and facial were disappointing. The facial was worse than what I would do myself at home, sadly she didn’t even manage to remove all my make up and then each layer of product she put on she never really cleaned off fully so I left with a very gritty dirty feeling face which I to clean when I got home.

Valerie was so gentle and kind! She could see I was nervous about having an intimate wax after coming from a bad experience and really took her time. Her method was honestly the least painful wax I have ever had! Can’t thank her enough for such a great Hollywood wax!!
