I have been a regular client of Michael for some years and I have always been very satisfied with the treatment that I have received. Michael is very knowledgeable, very caring and an excellent homeopathic masseur. I have scoliosis and have had 3 operations on my spine. The treatment and aftercare received from Michael has helped to significantly reduce the discomfort.

He provides therapeutic massage to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support recovery from injury, surgery, or the physical demands of daily life. Each session begins with a consultation and assessment of posture, movement, and any relevant medical conditions. Treatment combines Western and traditional Thai massage techniques with assisted stretching to reduce tension, improve alignment, and restore comfortable movement. Michael works attentively and checks in throughout to ensure you feel at ease and informed. For persistent or long-standing issues, a course of treatment is often recommended, allowing gradual and lasting improvement over time.

Welcome to Michael Brazil Massage Therapy Service, a calm, home-based treatment space in East London offering therapeutic and targeted massage for pain relief, rehabilitation, and long-term wellbeing. This private practice is best suited to clients who are motivated to improve their physical health through regular, personalised treatment.

Michael is an ITEC-qualified massage therapist with over 20 years’ professional experience and a background in fitness and exercise. His work combines Western and traditional Thai massage techniques with assisted stretching and a rehabilitative approach to address muscle tension and pain, postural imbalances, reduced mobility, and recovery following surgery. Treatments are designed to complement conventional medical care and support the demands of a long and active life.

Your first appointment includes a full consultation to discuss relevant health information, give consent, and make treatment goals, followed by 90 minutes massage/treatment. Afterwards, time is allowed to relax and freshen up, with practical advice, guidance, and simple home exercises offered where appropriate.

Monday–Friday

• Morning: 10:00–12:00

• Afternoon: 14:00–16:00

Some flexibility outside these hours are available by arrangement.

Block packages at discounted prices are available but require advance payment and adherence to agreed time and cancellation terms.
