Anthony was incredible-asked where my problems areas were, diagnosed my posture and flexibility and then set to work on my knots and tension. It was so great I booked a follow up session on the spot!

Had Sports Therapy/physio session... It was excellent. The therapist identified and explained my problem, and gave me good understanding of it. Now have exercises to do.
