Toilet facilities were dirty. No reception to greet on arrival. Massage offer seemed to be a catch to get you in and signed up for a series of sports massage therapy. Massage bed had previous patients foundation in the head gap so had to clean before I laid in. Asked for attention on my shoulders instead had a 45 minute lower back rub.
